1.Introduction, Acceptance and Who We Are

Welcome to AutoVoB.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between AutoVoB and any individual, business, dealer, advertiser, manufacturer, fleet operator, importer, exporter, service provider or other person accessing or using the Platform (“User”, “you” or “your”).

AutoVoB is a registered trademark and the brand under which the platform, services and products described in these documents are provided from the United Arab Emirates. VoB Business AI (“VBAI”) and TechnoVoB are brands, products and divisions of AutoVoB. They are not separate companies, and every reference to AutoVoB in these documents includes VBAI and TechnoVoB. Any contract, payment, claim or dispute relating to AutoVoB, VBAI or TechnoVoB is with AutoVoB only.

These Terms govern access to and use of all AutoVoB products and services, including websites, mobile applications, APIs, dealer portals, communication systems, social networking services, advertising services, paid plans and any related offering made available by AutoVoB now or in the future.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, downloading, installing, subscribing to, advertising on, communicating through or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) you have read and understood these Terms;
(b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
(c) you have authority to enter into this agreement;
(d) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and
(e) you accept all risks associated with use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. AutoVoB may deny access to any person at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

2.Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms:

“AutoVoB”, “we”, “our” or “us” means AutoVoB as described in section 1, including VBAI and TechnoVoB.
“Platform” means all AutoVoB websites, applications, dealer systems, APIs, communication systems, software, databases, advertising systems, paid plans and related products and services.
“User” means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Buyer” means a User seeking to purchase, lease, rent, exchange or otherwise obtain a Vehicle.
“Seller” means a User advertising, listing, offering, leasing, renting, exchanging or selling a Vehicle.
“Business User” means any commercial entity, dealer, fleet operator, rental or leasing company, manufacturer, importer, exporter, broker, advertiser, agency, consultant or service provider using the Platform for business purposes.
“Vehicle” includes cars, SUVs, pickups, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, heavy equipment, construction and agricultural machinery, watercraft, boats, yachts, jet skis, aircraft, helicopters, recreational and utility vehicles, special purpose vehicles and any other transportation asset.
“Content” means any information, text, image, video, audio, software, data, listing, advertisement, review, comment, message or material uploaded, submitted, displayed, transmitted or published through the Platform.
“SocioMart” means AutoVoB's Marketplace and Social Media ecosystem, which lets Users communicate, publish content, follow accounts and engage in Vehicle-related interactions.
“VBAI” means VoB Business AI, the AutoVoB business website service described in the VoB Business AI Terms & Conditions.
“Package 1” means the VBAI website package with its domain, hosting and AutoVoB badges.

3.What AutoVoB Is

AutoVoB operates a global technology platform for communication, networking, discovery, advertising and commerce relating to Vehicles.

AutoVoB is a technology platform only. It gives buyers and sellers a space to connect. AutoVoB takes no part in any exchange of vehicles or in any transaction between users, and takes no responsibility for any buyer, any seller, any money or any vehicle. Users inspect, verify identities and documents, and check every vehicle themselves, and they decide on their own responsibility.

The Platform lets Users create personal and business profiles, publish Content, upload listings, advertise Vehicles and services, follow other Users, send messages, create wishlists, join communities, discover and compare inventory and build reputation.

4.AutoVoB Takes No Responsibility for Users, Money or Vehicles

AutoVoB acts solely as an intermediary technology service. It is not a party to any agreement between Users and holds no title, custody or control over any Vehicle listed on the Platform.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by AutoVoB, AutoVoB does not own, buy, sell, lease, inspect, certify, appraise or guarantee Vehicles; verify ownership, title, mileage, condition or legal compliance; act as dealer, broker, agent, escrow agent, importer or exporter; hold, transfer or guarantee money between Users; provide financing or insurance; negotiate or complete transactions; or give legal, tax or financial advice.

AutoVoB does not guarantee any listing, the identity or good faith of any buyer or seller, the completion of any transaction or its result. All transactions occur directly between Users, and Users carry the whole risk of them.

Every User must conduct independent due diligence before any transaction, including inspecting the Vehicle in person or through an independent expert, checking identity, ownership and documents, and choosing a safe way of paying.

5.Free Services and Paid Options

AutoVoB is free for life. Browsing, searching, messaging, saving wishlists and posting an unlimited number of listings cost nothing. Only the optional Best Buy and Verified Seller badges, and the VBAI Package 1 website package, are paid. Any other paid service AutoVoB may offer in the future is optional, and its price is shown before you buy.

Paid options are described in sections 22 to 24 and in the VoB Business AI Terms & Conditions. A paid option is a service for the period stated at the time of purchase; it is not a guarantee of any sales, leads or other result.

6.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register for or use the Platform.

7.Accounts and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to keep it updated. AutoVoB may refuse, suspend or reclaim any account or username at its discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at customercare@autovob.com about any unauthorised access.

8.Badges and Verification

AutoVoB may, but is not obliged to, ask for identity, business, ownership or contact documents. Any check AutoVoB makes is limited to the documents or details submitted and is not a guarantee about a User, a listing, a Vehicle or a transaction.

The Best Buy badge and the Verified Seller badge are paid promotional badges. They do not constitute verification, inspection, certification, endorsement or any guarantee by AutoVoB.

9.SocioMart Services

SocioMart combines marketplace and social networking functions. Content published through SocioMart may be publicly visible, indexed by search engines and shared by other Users.

10.General User Obligations

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly and respectfully, to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct, and not to interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Platform.

11.Seller Representations and Warranties

Sellers represent and warrant that they hold lawful title or authority to offer each listed Vehicle, that all descriptions are accurate and complete, that no material defect, lien, finance hold or legal dispute has been concealed, and that the listing reflects a genuine intent to sell.

12.Disclosure Obligations

Sellers must disclose all material information reasonably known to them, including:

ownership disputes, liens, encumbrances, finance and leasing restrictions;
major accidents, flood, fire or structural damage, salvage or write-off history;
mechanical, safety, engine, transmission or electronic defects; and
registration, import, export or compliance issues.

AutoVoB is not responsible for omissions or inaccuracies in any listing.

13.Vehicle Listing Requirements

Every listing must include accurate specifications, condition, price, location and ownership status. Listings are reviewed before they are published, and AutoVoB may edit, reject or remove any listing that does not meet these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

14.Images, Videos and Media

Media must show the actual Vehicle offered. Stock images, third-party watermarks, misleading edits and borrowed photographs are not allowed. Free listings include up to 7 pictures; paid plans may include more as described in section 22.

15.Dealer and Business Accounts

Dealer and business accounts may be subject to additional documents, fees and commercial terms stated when you open or upgrade the account. A Business User confirms that the person accepting these Terms is authorised to bind the business.

16.Communications and Messaging

Messaging tools may be used only for genuine, Platform-related communication. Bulk, automated or unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited. Messages may be scanned for fraud, spam and safety.

17.Community Standards

Hate speech, threats, sexual content, discrimination, impersonation and harassment are not allowed. The Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct apply to everything you publish or send.

18.User-Generated Content

You keep ownership of your Content. You grant AutoVoB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, translate and distribute it to operate, secure and promote the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content.

19.Content Moderation, Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

AutoVoB may review, restrict, label, remove or refuse Content, cancel listings, and suspend or terminate accounts where a breach, fraud, legal risk or a threat to other Users is suspected, and may report suspected unlawful activity to the authorities.

20.Intellectual Property and Complaints

All Platform software, design, trademarks, databases and branding belong to AutoVoB and its licensors. Rights holders can send a complaint as described in the Copyright & Trademark Complaint Policy, and AutoVoB may end the accounts of repeat infringers.

21.Advertising and Promotions

Advertising placements are subject to availability, review and approval and to the Advertising & Promotions Policy. Approval is not endorsement, and AutoVoB does not guarantee advertising results.

22.Best Buy Plans

Best Buy plans last 7 days, 15 days or 1 month. One plan applies to one listing and gives that listing the Best Buy badge, up to 15 pictures and video upload. You may buy another plan for another listing at any time; plans for different listings run side by side. When a plan ends, the Best Buy badge, the extra pictures (beyond the free 7) and the video are removed automatically; your listing stays and its first 7 pictures remain.

23.Verified Seller Plans

Verified Seller plans last 15 days, 1 month or 2 months and show the Verified Seller badge on all your listings for the plan duration. If you buy another Verified Seller plan while one is active, the new plan starts on the day the current one ends. When a plan ends, only the badge is removed. The Verified Seller badge is a paid badge. It does not mean that AutoVoB has verified, inspected, certified or endorsed the seller, the listing or the vehicle.

24.VoB Business AI Package 1

While your VoB Business AI Package 1 is active it gives you a business website with its domain and hosting, and the Best Buy and Verified Seller badges, extra pictures and video on all your listings, and you cannot buy Best Buy or Verified Seller plans on AutoVoB. A Best Buy plan bought earlier ends when Package 1 starts and is not extended or refunded. Verified Seller days keep counting down during Package 1; any days left after Package 1 ends continue. When Package 1 ends, the badges, extra pictures and video are removed and your listings stay. The VoB Business AI Terms & Conditions govern Package 1.

25.Package 1 Payment Failure

If a renewal payment for Package 1 fails you have a 15-day grace period. Your website and badges stay active during the grace period. We message you on WhatsApp and by email at once, on day 7 and on day 14, and the payment is tried again by our payment provider. If you pay in time, your billing cycle continues from the original due date. If the payment is not collected by day 15, your badges, extra pictures and video are removed and your website is taken down.

26.Package 1 Cancellation and Data

If you cancel Package 1, your website and badges stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for (monthly or yearly), then they are removed. After your website is taken down we keep your data for 30 days and remind you 7 days before it is deleted. To return, buy Package 1 again within 30 days; you can reuse your previous details or enter new ones. Payment and invoice records are kept for accounting, and your AutoVoB login and billing history stay.

27.Subscriptions and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. For Package 1, we send a renewal reminder 15 days before each renewal, for monthly and yearly subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund a period already paid.

28.Prices, Taxes and Currency

All prices shown include VAT and all other taxes and charges. The price shown for a plan or package is the final price charged. It is shown in the local currency of the country the customer selected. In some cases, for example when a purchase is made through the Apple App Store or another payment provider, the customer may be charged in US dollars or in another currency, and the payment provider's rules apply.

29.Invoices and Payment Records

For every successful payment we send a payment-received message by WhatsApp and e-mail with a paid invoice. All your payments and invoices are available on your Billing page for as long as your account exists. Payment and invoice records are kept for accounting and legal purposes.

30.Payments and Chargebacks

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and AutoVoB does not store full card numbers. If a customer starts a chargeback or payment reversal, AutoVoB may suspend the related service while it is investigated, and the customer remains responsible for amounts properly owed.

31.Refund Policy

Fees for plans, packages and other paid services are final and non-refundable, including for cancelled subscriptions and failed-payment cases, except where the law requires otherwise. A customer who disputes a payment must first raise a ticket with customercare@autovob.com.

If a purchase is paid through Apple (In-App Purchase), Apple processes the payment and Apple's refund rules apply. If Apple refunds a purchase, the plan ends automatically.

32.Wishlist

A wishlist is free. You can keep up to 3 wishlists. Each wishlist stays active for 60 days from the day you create it, and we send you an e-mail and a WhatsApp message when a new listing matches it.

33.Third-Party Services and Verification Services

Links to and integrations with third-party services (for example payment, maps, messaging, inspection, history-report or financing providers) are provided for convenience only. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and AutoVoB is not responsible for third-party content, services or practices, or for any third-party service you choose to use.

34.Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

The Platform uses automated systems for ranking, recommendations, pricing guidance, moderation, translation and fraud detection. Automated output can contain errors and is not advice.

35.Vehicle Compliance, Cross-Border Transactions and Trade Controls

Users alone are responsible for roadworthiness, registration, emissions, safety, insurance and licensing in their jurisdiction. Users who deal across borders must themselves meet customs, tax, homologation and transport requirements and must not use the Platform in breach of any import, export or re-export control law.

36.Sanctions and Financial Crime Prevention

The Platform may not be used by, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned person, entity or territory. AutoVoB may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities and may restrict or freeze accounts while a matter is reviewed.

37.Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

38.Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Data Deletion Policy, which form part of these Terms.

39.Security

AutoVoB applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious activity.

40.Disclaimers and Warranty Exclusions

The Platform and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AutoVoB does not warrant that any listing is accurate, that any Vehicle is lawful, safe or as described, or that any transaction will be completed.

41.Limitation of Liability

AutoVoB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill or reputation, however caused.

AutoVoB is not liable for fraudulent listings, false statements or misrepresentation by Users, Vehicle defects, ownership, title or lien disputes, payment, delivery, registration, import or export problems, User Content or conduct, or interruptions of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AutoVoB, and the total amount of any damages, refund, compensation, award or settlement payable by AutoVoB for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform, any service or these documents, shall not exceed the amount the customer actually paid to AutoVoB for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. For a user who has paid nothing, including every user of the free services, the liability of AutoVoB is nil. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

42.User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AutoVoB (including VBAI and TechnoVoB) and its officers, employees, licensors and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and legal fees arising from your Content, your listings, your transactions, your breach of these documents or of the law, or any investigation of your activity. This obligation survives termination.

43.Suspension and Termination

AutoVoB may suspend, restrict or terminate access at any time for breach of these documents, suspected fraud, unpaid amounts, legal risk or protection of other Users. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination do so.

44.Account Closure

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Your listings are removed, and certain records are kept where required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in the Data Deletion Policy.

45.Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes between Users must be resolved directly between them; AutoVoB is not a party to them. Disputes with AutoVoB first go through customer support at customercare@autovob.com.

These documents and every dispute relating to them or to the Platform are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Before starting any proceedings, the user must send a written notice describing the dispute to legal@autovob.com and allow AutoVoB thirty (30) days to resolve it.

46.Individual Claims Only

To the extent permitted by law, claims against AutoVoB may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a class, collective or representative action.

47.Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive notices, agreements and disclosures electronically at the contact details linked to your account. Electronic acceptance and signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

48.Force Majeure

AutoVoB is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental action, internet, power, hosting or payment-network failures and cyber-attacks.

49.Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. AutoVoB may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business.

50.Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

51.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Deletion Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct, Copyright & Trademark Complaint Policy, Advertising & Promotions Policy, Safety Tips, Values and Ethics, ESG Policy, About Us, and, for Package 1, the VoB Business AI Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AutoVoB. If two of these documents ever seem to differ, the more specific one applies to its subject, and nothing in any of them gives anyone more than the limits in section 41.

52.Language

The English text of these documents is the binding version. Other languages are machine translations provided only for the convenience of readers. If they differ, the English text prevails.

53.Changes to These Terms

AutoVoB may update these documents at any time. An update takes effect when it is published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after that is acceptance of the update.

55.AutoVoB Global Platform Declaration

AutoVoB is a global technology platform operating a proprietary SocioMart ecosystem, combining marketplace and social networking functions for transportation-related communities.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by AutoVoB, AutoVoB does not:

own, buy or sell Vehicles, or act as a dealer or broker;
inspect or certify Vehicles, or verify ownership, condition or mileage;
guarantee any transaction, or provide escrow services;
provide financing, insurance, legal advice or tax advice.

All transactions occur directly between Users. Users are solely responsible for due diligence and for complying with applicable laws.
