All users must comply with this Policy.
2.PERMITTED USE
Users may use AutoVoB for lawful purposes including:
- Buying vehicles
- Selling vehicles
- Advertising vehicles
- Creating profiles
- Networking
- Participating in communities
- Sharing transportation-related content
- Business promotion
Use must remain consistent with applicable laws and platform policies.
3.PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
- Illegal Activities
- Violate laws
- Facilitate criminal conduct
- Promote unlawful activities
- Fraud
- Create fake listings
- Misrepresent vehicles
- Conduct scams
- Use stolen identities
- Abuse
- Harass others
- Threaten users
- Discriminate
- Bully individuals
- Security Violations
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Spam
- Send unsolicited messages
- Manipulate engagement
- Conduct mass promotions
4.ACCOUNT MISUSE
Users may not:
- Share accounts
- Sell accounts
- Transfer accounts without authorization
- Create deceptive accounts
Users remain responsible for account activity.
5.PLATFORM SECURITY
Users may not:
- Introduce malware
- Upload malicious code
- Disrupt services
- Probe vulnerabilities
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
Security violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
6.AUTOMATED ACCESS
Without authorization, users may not:
- Scrape content
- Use bots
- Harvest data
- Conduct automated extraction
Authorized integrations may be governed by separate agreements.
7.PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users may not upload:
- Fraudulent content
- Illegal content
- Infringing content
- Harmful content
- Misleading content
Content must comply with all platform policies.
8.VEHICLE LISTINGS
Listings must:
- Be accurate
- Be lawful
- Be truthful
- Reflect genuine inventory
Listings may not:
- ✗ Misrepresent ownership
- ✗ Conceal major defects
- ✗ Use stolen photos
- ✗ Mislead buyers
9.BUSINESS USERS
Commercial users must:
- Maintain accurate information
- Follow applicable laws
- Respect consumer protection requirements
- Comply with advertising standards
10.DATA USAGE
Users may not:
- Collect personal data unlawfully
- Sell platform data without authorization
- Violate privacy rights
- Misuse user information
11.ENFORCEMENT
AutoVoB may:
- Remove content
- Restrict features
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Report unlawful conduct
where appropriate.
12.INVESTIGATIONS
AutoVoB may investigate suspected violations.
Users may be required to cooperate with reasonable investigations.
Failure to cooperate may impact account status.
13.NO CIRCUMVENTION
Users may not attempt to evade enforcement actions through:
- New accounts
- Proxy accounts
- Identity masking
- Unauthorized account transfers
14.MODIFICATIONS
AutoVoB may update this Policy periodically.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated versions.

16.ANNEX. VEHICLE LISTING STANDARDS
Purpose
This Policy establishes minimum standards for vehicle advertisements and listings published on AutoVoB.
Listing Principles
Listings must be:
- Accurate
- Honest
- Lawful
- Current
- Complete
Required Information
Listings should include:
- Vehicle category
- Brand
- Model
- Year
- Condition
- Mileage
- Location
- Price
- Relevant specifications
where applicable.
Photograph Requirements
Images should:
- Represent the actual asset
- Be clear and recent
- Not be misleading
Prohibited:
- ✗ Stock photos representing actual inventory
- ✗ Misleading edits
- ✗ False imagery
Prohibited Listings
Listings may not:
- Misrepresent ownership
- Conceal major defects
- Contain fraudulent information
- Violate laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
Special Asset Categories
Additional disclosures may be required for:
- Aircraft
- Helicopters
- Heavy Equipment
- Commercial Fleets
- Watercraft
- Specialized Assets
Platform Review Rights
AutoVoB may:
- Edit listings
- Reject listings
- Remove listings
- Request verification
where appropriate.
17.About This Policy
This document is part of the AutoVoB documents named in section 51 of the Terms & Conditions. It does not make AutoVoB responsible for any buyer, seller, money or vehicle, and the limit of liability in section 41 of the Terms & Conditions applies to it.
The English text of these documents is the binding version. Other languages are machine translations provided only for the convenience of readers. If they differ, the English text prevails.
These documents and every dispute relating to them or to the Platform are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Before starting any proceedings, the user must send a written notice describing the dispute to legal@autovob.com and allow AutoVoB thirty (30) days to resolve it.
