Welcome to AutoVoB.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoVoB, including all websites, mobile applications, software, messaging systems, social networking features, marketplace services, advertising solutions, business tools, premium services, and related technologies operated by AutoVoB (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, downloading, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2.Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“AutoVoB”
Refers to AutoVoB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, licensors, and authorized representatives.
“Platform”
Refers to all AutoVoB websites, applications, software, services, communication channels, and digital products.
“User”
Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Buyer”
Any user seeking to purchase, lease, rent, exchange, acquire, or obtain a vehicle or transportation asset.
“Seller”
Any user listing, advertising, offering, promoting, selling, leasing, renting, or otherwise making a transportation asset available.
“Business User”
Any dealer, manufacturer, distributor, fleet operator, exporter, importer, broker, advertiser, agency, or commercial organization.
“Content”
Any information uploaded, transmitted, posted, published, displayed, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
“Vehicle”
Includes but is not limited to:
- Cars
- SUVs
- Motorcycles
- Trucks
- Buses
- Heavy Equipment
- Construction Machinery
- Agricultural Equipment
- Boats
- Yachts
- Watercraft
- Aircraft
- Helicopters
- Recreational Vehicles
- Transportation Assets

AutoVoB's integrated Marketplace + Social Media ecosystem.
3.Platform Overview
AutoVoB operates as a global technology platform.
AutoVoB enables users to:
- Create profiles
- Follow users
- Publish content
- Communicate with others
- Advertise vehicles
- Search for vehicles
- Create wishlists
- Join communities
- Build business relationships
- Generate leads
- Conduct vehicle-related transactions
AutoVoB does not guarantee successful transactions.
4.Platform Status
IMPORTANT:
AutoVoB acts solely as a technology platform.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, AutoVoB:
- Does not own vehicles
- Does not buy vehicles
- Does not sell vehicles
- Does not inspect vehicles
- Does not verify ownership
- Does not certify vehicle condition
- Does not guarantee listings
- Does not act as broker
- Does not negotiate transactions
- Does not provide legal advice
- Does not provide tax advice
- Does not provide import/export services
- Does not provide financing
- Does not provide insurance
Transactions occur exclusively between users.
Users assume all risks associated with transactions.
5.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform.
By using the Platform you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.
6.Account Registration
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7.User Verification
AutoVoB may request identity, business, or ownership documentation at any time. Verification badges indicate that documents were submitted, not that a listing or transaction is guaranteed.
8.SocioMart Features
SocioMart combines marketplace listings with social features such as profiles, follows, feeds, communities, and direct messaging.
Use of SocioMart features is subject to these Terms and the Community Standards.
9.User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your conduct, your Content, and compliance with all laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
10.Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, documentation, pricing, and seller identity before completing any transaction.
11.Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must have the legal right to list an asset and must describe it accurately, including known defects, liens, and history.
12.Vehicle Listings
Listings must include accurate photographs, specifications, and pricing. AutoVoB may edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms.
13.Dealer Accounts
Dealer accounts are available to licensed businesses and may be subject to additional documentation, fees, and commercial agreements.
14.Business Accounts
Business accounts provide access to advertising, analytics, lead management, and team tools, subject to the applicable plan.
15.Messaging Services
Messaging is provided to help users communicate about listings. Messages may be scanned for fraud, spam, and safety purposes.
16.Community Standards
Harassment, hate speech, misinformation, spam, and unlawful content are prohibited across all social and marketplace surfaces.
17.User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your Content and grant AutoVoB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform.
18.Content Moderation
AutoVoB may review, restrict, or remove Content and may limit account access where Content violates these Terms or applicable law.
19.Prohibited Activities
You may not scrape the Platform, circumvent security, misrepresent identity, list stolen assets, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
20.Fraud Prevention & Platform Enforcement
AutoVoB may investigate suspected fraud and may suspend accounts, cancel listings, or report activity to authorities.
21.Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and databases, is owned by AutoVoB and protected by intellectual property laws.
22.Copyright Complaints
Rights holders may submit a takedown notice identifying the work, the infringing material, and contact details for review.
23.Trademark Complaints
Trademark owners may report listings or profiles that misuse a protected mark. AutoVoB will assess each report on its merits.
24.Advertising & Promotions
Advertising placements are subject to availability, ad policies, and the applicable insertion order or self-service terms.
26.Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
27.Fees & Payments
Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are exclusive of taxes unless indicated. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
28.Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable service description.
29.Verification Services
Optional verification services are informational only and do not constitute a warranty about a vehicle, seller, or transaction.
30.Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
AI features such as pricing suggestions, listing assistance, and search ranking are provided as estimates and may contain errors.
31.Vehicle Compliance Requirements
Users are responsible for meeting registration, emissions, safety, and roadworthiness requirements in their jurisdiction.
32.Cross-Border Transactions
Cross-border transactions may involve additional duties, taxes, inspections, and documentation that are the parties' responsibility.
33.Import & Export Compliance
You must comply with all applicable import, export, customs, and re-export control laws when using the Platform.
34.Sanctions Compliance
The Platform may not be used by parties subject to applicable sanctions or in embargoed territories.
35.Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
AutoVoB may apply screening, transaction monitoring, and reporting measures consistent with applicable AML obligations.
36.Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.
37.Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the AutoVoB Privacy Notice, which explains what is collected, why, and your rights.
38.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
39.Platform Availability
AutoVoB does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
40.Beta Features
Beta features are experimental, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn at any time.
41.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoVoB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
42.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AutoVoB against claims arising from your Content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.
43.Suspension & Termination
AutoVoB may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.
44.Dispute Resolution
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting AutoVoB support with a written description of the issue.
45.Arbitration
Where permitted by law, unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules stated in the applicable regional terms.
46.Class Action Waiver
Where enforceable, disputes are resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
47.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in the regional terms applicable to your account location.
48.Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices, agreements, and disclosures electronically at the contact details linked to your account.
49.Electronic Signatures
Electronic acceptance and signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law.
50.Force Majeure
AutoVoB is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
51.Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without consent. AutoVoB may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
52.Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
53.No Waiver
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
54.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and AutoVoB.
